To ensure “right fit” considerations, we use a structured, multi-lens approach to produce a thick, rich role description that goes well beyond a traditional job description. We first match incumbents and/or candidates to this profile. We then work with newly assigned or seasoned incumbents to further develop their capabilities and competencies to achieve superior performance.
